selfactor

  • started collapsing sgit, gdock, status, and agent into mono. submodules are still on main. landers spent the day fighting the merge.
  • project-start still fires heal on pnpm failures and burns tokens doing nothing.

gdock

  • grid was multiplying terminals on startup. landed a fix. 2x2 still doesn't enforce. session cards still wrong.
  • after the cutover, gdock-build --build wants a ghostty-dock worktree. cmux still overwrites governed shims. started cutting the cmux CLI over to a real gdock CLI.

selfagents

  • moved the agent package toward apps/agent. started renaming stokd-agent to selfagent.

site

  • posted the first morning .plan. the .plan page footer is still wrong in dark and light.
