selfactor

cli

  • slimmed the interactive new-session dump on the cli. less frontier context, more the actual job.
  • sessions now write summaries. first use is feeding the rest of the stack, not a log nobody reads.
  • added config for machine event sounds. starting with the alerts that actually fire on this box.

governance

  • governance prompt should show the self icon, not a generic terminal glyph. packing the self bin and lockup assets into the cli.
  • checked whether a deploy overwrote the governed shims. vendor shim grew. still treating overwrites as a live risk.

platform

  • submodule collapse is still not done. .gitmodules is still on main.
  • api was 500ing on the db connection pool. fixed that. wrote a couple of prds while i was in the docs.
