collapsed the submodules

collapsed the remaining submodules into mono. they're off main now.
audited which github local workflows are actually running vs half-wired.
saas local api was reported down. checked it on the live environment.
event sounds on the machine. distinct clips for daemon died and done failed so it's not all the same alert.
macOS install still fights launchd and re-asks sudo after pnpm.

reapplied gdock as a subtree after the squash so the export history still lined up.
session summaries so the cards stop lying. still not there.
