the unseen screen

selfactor

• shipped the alpha splash videos onto every provider shim. transparent cuts, unskewed and centered.
• desktop is a menubar install now, with a capability-aware launch. took over that product worktree.
• governed work now gets a worktree that exists, sits on the tip, and builds.
• self session find opens an interactive operator panel instead of dumping a list.

gdock

• landed the workspace redesign on main. persistent repo strips, native panel cards, files to trash. workspace view was double-listing.

selfagents

• agent code is in apps/agent. found out in a worktree review that the tui still isn't actually there. i've never seen it.
