build fabric

• neither the worktree builds nor deploy-main were actually building or deploying. found it, unblocked deploy-main, got the github gate workflow green, made rust warnings fail the build, and killed the repeated component recompiles. production web ship went out too.

lander

• self land unstick now actually clears a stuck tree, and the work-item engine symmetry remainder landed. it still starts up "landing before publication" and needs a nudge.

work items

• retired the last banned run-word across the cli tree, phase exports emit phase instead of mission, document is a first-order work item, contract review is a hard gate at prd creation, retired-token phase review is in.

models

• research on replacing the title generator with a fine-tuned one, and on classifying system-one workloads with jev on each human input.

cli and web

• pnpm --dir apps/agent, vim create/update editors get their swap files, the mobile dashboard refresh, selfactor icon study, and a bounded digital pixel build.

gdock

• a session card per agent panel driven by each session's outcomes, the video splash wordmark survives the vendor tui, scroll-up came back as PgUp/PgDn, and a crash plus a power outage cost me panes.

selfagents

• traced a hermes integration that got built wrong, 1password vault access landed for agents, the iphone build went onto the phone, F13 toggles, and the ui mockup is back up.
