  • review-worktree: a small program that reads the worktree id from the working directory and launches up to five one-shot reviewers against it
    • built on hal-message --wait-for-idle 10 --fallback-topic …, pulled from session history
    • the reusable part: asking a model a question from a shell and waiting for the answer
  • config schema: implemented self config schema get <KEY>, so a key's schema no longer requires knowing its type first
  • lander: one mono task was marked complete without ever landing, and no cli path could reopen it
    • pushed the same commit to a branch the lander can see; the record repair filed as a cli task

hal

  • opened the agent group room by hand while the desktop's group-chat button is broken
  • skills updated with the day's lessons: lander queue wedges, landed vs running work, reading a config schema, handing a worktree to a peer, failed gate approvals
